This wine brings together fruit from two markedly different vineyards: the volcanic soils of Hegyestű on the edge of the Káli Basin and the limestone-rich Király-domb in Pécsely.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes were harvested in three separate passes from late September to early October. The wine was made with whole-cluster fermentation, combining untouched and gently foot-crushed bunches with a significant proportion of directly pressed juice.
