Crémant

A lively, dry and mineral crémant from organically farmed Alsatian vineyards, part of Domaine Achillée’s Pépin range.

Chardonnay, several Pinot varieties and Auxerrois come together with citrus freshness, delicate apple fruit and a light brioche-like depth. The bubbles are fine and energetic, the palate is taut, clean and elegant, with a salty finish. A more direct and easy-going sparkling wine, still carried by Alsatian acidity and mineral tension.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
