Diszkó 2025

The latest vintage of our entry-level white is a 50/50 blend of Riesling and Furmint. The Riesling was harvested in two separate passes during the first week of September. Part of the fruit spent a few days on the skins, while the rest was pressed directly, then fermented in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels. The Furmint was harvested in several passes from late August until the second week of September, fermented in oak barrels of different sizes and aged for a full year.

The two varieties complement each other beautifully: the riper Furmint brings structure and depth, while the Riesling adds a floral, fruity lightness. The result is a new, incredibly easy-drinking “Diszkó”, full of fruit and herbal tea aromas, vibrant acidity and 100% drinkability.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with a minimal addition of sulphur.
