Pryxx Brut Nature 2018

An elegant and exciting sparkling wine made using traditional methods from Hárslevelű grapes from Villány.

Five years of aging on lees before disgorgement gives the wine creamy bubbles, a slightly brioche character, and layered complexity, while preserving its vibrant acidity and mineral freshness. Citrus peel, apple, and subtly yeasty notes unfold with a long, dry finish.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
