Made by direct pressing and aged for nine months in used barrels, the wine balances fresh red fruitiness with a fine texture and a subtle salty depth. The Pinot Noir, Domina, and Dornfelder show notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, herbs, and citrus peel, with vibrant acidity and a lively, mineral finish. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfites.
