Almageddon 2025

Almageddon is a naturally sparkling fruit wine from Szent György-hegy, made with organically grown Goldrush apples. The fruit spends 18 hours on its skins before gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation in 750-litre Tava amphorae. Bottled with its fine lees, without fining, filtration or added sulphites.

Fresh, vibrant and structured, with the lively acidity and distinctive fruit character of Goldrush apples taking centre stage. An interesting alternative for lovers of natural cider and pét-nat, combining freshness with the depth and texture of amphora fermentation.
