Despite the long nine-month skin contact and amphora aging, the wine's structure remains surprisingly delicate and fresh, moving more towards the border of white and orange wines rather than a strongly tannic direction. The Müller-Thurgau and Bacchus show apricot, citrus peel, herbaceous, and floral-spicy notes with vibrant acidity, a soft texture, and a slightly salty finish. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
