A lively and aromatic white cuvée from Alsace, made from Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Traminer as part of Domaine Achillée’s Pépin range.

Pinot Blanc brings freshness and a clean structure, Pinot Gris adds rounder fruit and texture, while Traminer gives the wine its delicate floral and spicy aromatic lift. Pear, white flowers, citrus and subtle exotic notes appear alongside bright acidity and a salty-mineral finish. A white wine that feels both generous and easy to drink.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
