Fermentation began in old oak barrels and finished in the bottle, followed by 36 months on lees without disgorgement. The floral aromatics of Muscat meet citrus zest, fresh herbs, and the subtly bitter notes of hops, alongside fine bubbles and a lively, slightly wild texture. It is advisable to open carefully, as the undisgorged style means the wine can easily overflow from the bottle.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.
