The one-week whole-cluster skin contact imparts mild tannins, herbal spice, and saline depth to the wine, while the nine months of aging in used 500-liter barrels shapes it into a calm, vibrant, and deeply drinkable character. Dried citrus, white flowers, tea, and stone fruits appear with surprising freshness and mineral tension. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
