The fifteen days of carbonic maceration give exciting aromatics, crisp fruitiness, and restrained tannins, while one year of aging in concrete tanks preserves the wine's freshness, purity, and energetic character. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Rondinella show cherry, wild berry, herbal, and subtly spicy notes with lively acidity and a vibrant, saline finish. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.
