A characterful, layered Alsatian blend that connects the tension of Riesling with the softer, more aromatic side of Traminer, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir.

Aging in old barrels brings fine texture, calmer structure and depth, without taking away the wine’s freshness or energy. Citrus, ripe apple, white flowers, gentle spice and saline minerality come through, while the palate remains generous, clean and highly drinkable. A more serious wine, beautiful with food, with a long and taut finish.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
