A vibrant and wild light red, approaching the world of orange wines in style.

Whole-cluster Pinot Noir is macerated and co-fermented for ten days in directly pressed Pinot Gris must, giving the wine fine tannins, a juicy texture, and layered aromatics, while remaining fresh and extremely drinkable. After gentle pressing, it spends nine months in large 600-liter barrels and amphorae, which adds depth and mineral complexity without taking away from its lively character. Wild strawberry, blood orange, herbaceous, and floral-spicy notes unfold with vibrant acidity and a saline finish.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
