An energetic, taut and mineral zéro dosage crémant from organically farmed Alsatian vineyards, from Domaine Achillée.
A blend of Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Auxerrois brings citrus freshness, apple fruit and chalky-saline minerality. Two years on the lees before disgorgement builds fine bubbles, subtle brioche notes and layered texture, while the no-dosage style keeps the wine dry, clean and precise. Long, vibrant and elegant on the finish.
Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
