Adding must before bottling restarts fermentation in the bottle, resulting in fine, lively bubbles and a naturally cloudy character. Müller Thurgau, Neuburger, and Muscat bring citrus, elderflower, ripe apple, and slightly spicy notes with fresh acidity and a soft texture. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
