A layered, deep and beautifully integrated red blend from Hummel, grown in organically farmed vineyards in Villány.

Dumbledore is one of the estate’s most serious and patiently aged wines: a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Kékfrankos, shaped by long aging and a deep inner calm. Four years in used Burgundy barriques brings complexity, soft tannins and earthy depth, while the wine keeps its freshness, vibrant acidity and drive. Dark berries, black cherry, dried herbs, graphite, subtle barrel spice and a gentle tobacco note unfold with a long, saline finish.

A serious, slow-opening wine where power is beautifully woven into the structure. Decanting is recommended, giving it time to open and reveal its deeper layers.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
