The whole cluster grapes spent a week on their skins before co-fermenting in concrete tanks, allowing the wine to effortlessly navigate the boundary between rosé, pale orange wine, and airy reds. Eight months of amphora aging preserves purity and mineral freshness, while imparting a serene depth and earthy texture. Dried citrus, wild herbs, red berries, and saline spice unfold with a vibrant, energetic finish.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
