The whole-bunch grapes spent a week on skins before co-fermenting in concrete tanks, positioning the wine playfully between rosé, pale orange wine, and airy red. Eight months of aging in amphorae preserves purity and mineral freshness while imparting a calm depth and earthy texture. Dried citrus, wild herbs, red berries, and saline spice unfold with a vibrant, energetic finish.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
