The ten days on skins impart delicate tannins, floral spice, and a slightly tea-like texture, while the one-year aging in 1200-liter used barrels brings depth without detracting from the wine's vibrant freshness. The Muskateller and Scheurebe display elderflower, citrus peel, exotic fruit, and herbal notes with lively acidity and a gently salty finish. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with only 10 mg/l added sulfur.
