A fresh, vibrant and gently wild skin-contact wine from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Burgenland, from the village of Oggau near Lake Neusiedl.

Resistant PIWI varieties give the wine its distinctive living character, while also allowing for more sustainable vineyard work. After destemming, four days of skin contact bring gentle tannin, fine spice and texture, while ten months of aging in used barrels creates a beautifully integrated yet energetic structure. Citrus peel, tea-like notes, herbs and stone fruit unfold into a mineral, slightly wild finish.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
