Fruchtfleisch 2023

A fresh, vibrant and fruity red blend from Languedoc-Roussillon, grown on clay-limestone soils. Merlot gives the wine its soft, juicy core, old-vine Grenache Noir brings crunchy red fruit and gentle spice, while Muscat and Colombard add a floral, aromatic lift.

The varieties were fermented separately: destemmed Merlot spent 48 hours on the skins, Grenache Noir and Colombard 4 days, and Muscat 12 days. After racking, the three lots were blended and aged for 4 months in tank.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur.
