A precise and mineral Furmint from volcanic soil, beautifully showcasing the purity of the variety and its terroir.
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness, yet with lively acidity, then after direct pressing, they are aged for twenty-two months on fine lees in barrels. Citrus zest, green apple, smoky, and wet stone notes unfold with energetic acidity, a long, stony finish, and subtle floral nuances.
Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.
