Groppea 2023

A light and vibrant red made from the native Veneto grape Groppello.

Groppello naturally produces pale-coloured reds with lively acidity and delicate tannins, placing the emphasis on freshness and spicy fruit rather than weight. Spontaneous fermentation and gentle extraction preserve the grape’s distinctive character. Raspberry, sour cherry, pomegranate, dried Mediterranean herbs and subtle earthy notes are supported by silky tannins and energetic acidity. Airy, juicy and remarkably drinkable, showing particularly well when served lightly chilled.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and with no added sulphur.
