A blend full of energy, texture and calm maturity from Milan Nestarec, bringing together Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc.

Foot-treading and two days of skin contact give the wine fine texture, gentle spice and a saline structure, before it spends three years in a large used Stockinger barrel. This long aging brings depth, subtle oxidative nuances and complexity, while preserving freshness and mineral tension. Citrus peel, apple, green herbs, tea, wet stone and lightly saline notes slowly unfold in the glass.

A serious yet living white wine, where the varieties do not speak separately, but come together as one long, layered Moravian expression.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and with only 3 mg/l of added sulphur.
