Incider 2024

Incider is a dry, naturally sparkling cider made from organically grown Goldrush and Crimson Crisp apples. After a short period of skin contact, the fruit is gently pressed and spontaneously fermented in 750-litre Tava amphorae. A small amount of fresh apple must is added before bottling, allowing secondary fermentation to take place in the bottle and create its natural bubbles.

Crisp and refreshing, with bright acidity, pure apple flavours and a lovely texture. Unfined, unfiltered and made without added sulphites, with only 1,000 bottles produced. Best served well chilled and opened carefully.
