Despite the long, two-and-a-half-year tank aging, the wine remains fresh, energetic, and surprisingly easy to drink, while showcasing floral aromatics, citrus and grape notes, and a subtle herbal character. The long aging imparts a rounded character and depth without losing its momentum. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.
