Sauvignon Blanc Legionary 2021

A characterful and finely textured Sauvignon Blanc orange wine from Schnabel, bringing together the variety’s aromatic side with firm acidity, herbal depth and a more serious structure.

Two weeks of skin contact give the wine fine tannins, gentle grip and spicy, tea-like layers, while preserving the citrus, green herbal and elderflower freshness of Sauvignon Blanc. Aging in old barrels rounds the palate, adding depth and a calmer texture without making the wine feel heavy. Taut, aromatic and beautifully layered, with a long saline-mineral finish.

Made unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.
