Fermentation began in old oak barrels, then the wine finished its natural fermentation in the bottle, followed by 40 months on lees without disgorgement. Floral, grape skin, citrus, and slightly yeasty notes unfold with fine bubbles and lively acidity. The small amount of residual sugar remaining in the bottle adds a delicate roundness and playfulness to the wine, while maintaining its fresh, vibrant character. As an undisgorged pét nat, it should be opened carefully, as the wine can easily overflow from the bottle.

Unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
