Despite the long barrel and bottle aging, the wine remains vibrant, lively, and surprisingly easy to drink, with juicy dark fruits, delicate spice, and bright acidity. The years add a calm texture and a slight salty complexity without becoming heavy.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfites.
