Rotburger Kreuz 2021

A characterful, deeper-toned Rotburger from Schnabel, grown in biodynamically farmed vineyards in Styria.

Skin contact brings darker fruit, fine spice and a more defined structure, while preserving the sour cherry, plum and lightly peppery character of Rotburger. Longer aging shapes a calmer and more integrated expression: it rounds the tannins, adds depth and allows the salty-mineral finish to unfold. A more serious red wine, where juicy fruit, spicy layers and Styrian freshness come together with focus and tension.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
