A vibrant, southern-feeling red blend from Domaine Achillée’s Pépin range, bringing together an Alsatian natural wine sensibility with Mediterranean grape varieties.

Syrah, Carignan and Grenache Noir bring darker fruit, peppery spice and a gentle Mediterranean warmth, while Muscat d’Alexandrie lifts the wine with delicate floral notes and fresh aromatics. The palate is juicy, supple and energetic; despite the 14% alcohol, it never feels heavy. Instead, it is a savoury, fruit-driven and highly drinkable red, kept fresh by its fine mineral edge.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
