Made with a partial destemming and partial whole cluster approach, then spending nine months on skins in amphora, the wine gains layered tannins, earthy depth, and tea-like complexity, while maintaining its vibrant freshness and energy. Dried herbal, citrus peel, chamomile, and wet stone notes unfold with bright acidity and a long, saline finish. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfites.
