Four weeks of skin contact give the wine a layered texture, fine tannins, and a saline depth, while three years of aging in old barrels transform it into a calm, mineral, and deeply characterful wine. Dried citrus, tea, herbs, and stony notes unfold with a long, energetic finish. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.
