The whole-bunch grapes spent one week on the skins, then co-fermented in concrete tanks, resulting in a wine that simultaneously displays red fruit, dried citrus, herbal, and mineral characteristics. The eight months of aging in large barrels adds texture and a calm depth while preserving the wine's lightness and energy. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
