Theodora 2024

Theodora bridges the world of white and orange wine, coming from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Burgenland, from the village of Oggau near Lake Neusiedl.

Two days of skin contact for Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling bring a light tannic feel, delicate spice and a softly saline character, while the wine keeps its fresh citrus and apple-driven energy. Nine months of aging in used barrels adds depth and complexity without taking away its vibrant lift. Lively acidity, herbal notes and a long mineral finish make it both easy to drink and seriously layered.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
