One month of skin contact in amphora lends delicate tannins, tea-like depth, and a saline complexity. Dried citrus, wild herb, quince, and slightly spicy notes unfold with vibrant acidity and a long, mineral finish.
Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfites.
