The five days of skin fermentation impart a subtle tannic sensation, delicate spice, and a gently salty character, while the seven months of aging make the wine vibrant, lively, and easy to drink. Olaszrizling, Királyleányka, and Chardonnay bring citrus, apple, and floral notes with bright acidity and a touch of wildness.
