Cabernet Franc 2023

Fresh and characterful Cabernet Franc from organically cultivated vineyards around Lake Balaton.

After ten days of maceration, hand-destemmed berries are gently pressed and then aged for eleven months in 400-500 liter oak barrels. This allows the wine to balance juicy fruitiness with herbaceous spiciness and a soft structure. Cherry, red berry, peppery, and subtly herbal notes unfold with lively acidity and a vibrant, saline finish. Alongside its varietal character, the wine remains light, energetic, and exceptionally drinkable.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.
