After treading and one night of skin contact, the wine was aged in large 3000-liter Stockinger barrels, which gave it a fine texture and a subtle saline depth while preserving its freshness and precision. Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, and Riesling meet in citrusy, apple, herbal, and stony characters with a long, energetic finish. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur.
