A textured, characterful and beautifully balanced skin-contact Hárslevelű, bringing the variety’s floral aromatics together with earthier depth and fine tannins.

Skin contact gives the wine gentle grip, tea-like spice and a more defined structure, while preserving the linden honey, floral and ripe-fruited character of Hárslevelű. Aging in old barrels adds subtle warmth, rounder texture and depth, without covering the wine’s freshness or natural drinkability. Yellow apple, quince, dried flowers, honeyed notes, gentle earthiness and spice come through with a longer, saline finish.

Not overly polished, but very well built: a skin-contact wine with depth, texture and character, yet still easy to connect with.

Made unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur.
