Lime 2024

A fresh and mineral white wine from Riesling and Furmint, grown on volcanic basalt soil.

The grapes are directly pressed and then aged on fine lees in 500-600 liter large barrels and amphorae, balancing vibrant acidity with a soft texture and layered minerality. Citrus, white floral, and stone fruit notes unfold with energetic drive and a clean, stony finish.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with only 15 mg/l added sulfur.
