Fermentation started in old oak barrels and finished in the bottle, after which it spent 52 months on its lees without disgorgement. The long aging provides a creamy texture, fine lees complexity, and a serene depth, while the wine retains its vibrant acidity, floral aromatics, and mineral freshness. The small amount of residual sugar left in the bottle lends a delicate roundness and softer texture to the wine, without losing its tension or fresh character. It is advisable to open carefully, as due to the undisgorged style, the wine can easily spill from the bottle.
