Olla Blanc 2023

A fragrant, vibrant, and very easy-to-drink orange wine from 45-year-old biodynamic vines in Roussillon.

The whole cluster grapes spent five days on their skins, which imparted fine tannins and a slightly saline texture to the floral, citrus peel, and exotic fruit character. Six months of aging in used 500-liter barrels rounds out the wine while preserving its freshness and energy. It is full of character despite its low alcohol content.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.
