An intensely aromatic and playful orange wine from Domaine Achillée’s Pépin range, made from Pinot Gris and Traminer.

These aromatic Alsatian varieties bring ripe fruit, citrus peel, floral notes and exotic spice, while skin contact adds fine texture and a gentle grip to the palate. Expressive and generous, yet still fresh, this is not a heavy or overripe orange wine, but a vibrant, aromatic and beautifully layered bottle with a saline-mineral finish.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
