Pink

A light yet characterful rosé from a playful blend of Alsatian white and red varieties, part of Domaine Achillée’s Pépin range.

Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, Muscat, Auxerrois and Pinot Noir bring crisp acidity, floral aromatics, red berry fruit and fine minerality. The wine is fresh, relaxed and vibrant, but far from simple: the citrus-saline tension of the white varieties meets the red-fruited character of Pinot Noir beautifully. Slightly wild, aromatic and very easy to drink.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
