Rosé 2021

A precise and beautifully layered rosé from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Styria, made by Schnabel.

Direct pressing preserves the wine’s clarity, transparent fruit and lively acidity, while one year of aging in tank brings finer texture, calmer structure and added depth. Redcurrant, citrus, red berry and subtle herbal notes come through, with a palate that remains taut, fresh and very precise. It feels light, but never simple: vibrant fruit is held together by a clean, salty-mineral finish and a more serious sense of place.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
