Rosé sparkling 2024

A lively and fruit-driven rosé pét-nat blending Merlot, Groppello and Vespaiola.

The ripe red fruit of Merlot meets the spicy freshness of the local Groppello grape and the taut acidity of Vespaiola in this light, bottle-fermented rosé. Raspberry, redcurrant, pomegranate, rose petals and delicate Mediterranean herbs are lifted by bright acidity and refreshing bubbles. Juicy, energetic and effortlessly drinkable, it works beautifully as an aperitif or alongside light summer dishes.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and with no added sulphur.
