A bright and energetic orange wine from Languedoc-Roussillon, grown on clay-limestone soils. Grenache Blanc brings roundness and soft stone-fruit depth, while old-vine Sauvignon Blanc adds citrus peel, wild herbs, structure and a gentle grip.
The whole clusters of Sauvignon Blanc were infused for 15 days in the directly pressed Grenache Blanc juice, followed by 5 months of ageing in amphora.
Bottled unfiltered, unfined and with no added sulphur.
