Sumo 2023

A light and lively Cinsault from Languedoc-Roussillon, made from organically farmed, low-yielding old vines. The grapes come from clay-limestone and basalt soils, giving the wine freshness and a subtle mineral edge.

The destemmed grapes spent 10 days on the skins, followed by five and a half months of ageing in tank, resulting in crunchy red berry fruit, gentle spice and effortless drinkability.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and with no added sulphur.
