A living, taut and finely textured cuvée from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Burgenland, from the village of Oggau near Lake Neusiedl.

The short two-day skin contact of Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling gives the wine fine texture, gentle tannin and a salty, spicy depth. Nine months of aging in used barrels rounds the structure while preserving citrus, apple, herbal freshness and bright acidity. Light, transparent and energetic, yet always carrying the firm mineral character of Oggau and the Lake Neusiedl area in the background.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
